About us.

My name is Hadea and along with my husband Chris and our dog Levi we have been living full time in our RV (“Lady Jupiter” or “Lady Jupes” as we affectionately call her) since 2005.

We also have 3 incredible kids (I’m their bonus mom), and we have them really frequently but with a schedule that allows us to travel both with them and with out them.

Some people (full time RVers on the road) may see us as primarily stationary, with our kids in school and us both having work that we do here in the PNW, while others view our life and would say we are ALWAYS travelling. Both are true. We have a uniquely evolving life schedule, and we both have work that asks us to travel. This suits us quite well. Combine that with road trips with the kids when they are on break, and trips to get work done on the RV, well our life is often centered around our RV - be it living it and fixing the issues that arise, customizing it to serve us better (on going technical solutions for Chris and organizational solutions for me), finding a new place to park, or a new place to explore, or taking our tiny home with us to do work, it is a major factor.

Levi takes the wheel for a bit.

We are in our (its official now) late 30’s, we’ve both primarily been our own bosses for our entire adulting lives, running businesses that we are quite passionate about. Our kids are 6, 9 & 10. Our dog is 3. We’re both stubborn. I am an acupuncturist, author and coach, though the form my work takes is changing at the moment. I meditate and write a lot. I play my ukulele with great gusto and moderate talent. And I help people be at ease with themselves. Also I tell bad jokes. Chris is passionate and focused in his work. A supremely sweet father and dog snuggler.

We are both trying to figure out how to have a balance in our Work, Life & RVing that allows us to be more of who we want to be.

So here we are, an expanding wealth of experiences under our belt, and perhaps more compelling, a list of projects and new situations to work around that arise every day. I suspect you’ll resonate with our conundrums and find some inspiration and insight from our solutions. Invariably you’ll have a chance to laugh at the elevated human experience of living in a small space with people you love. We’re glad to have you on board.
